If you’re a sneaker fan, you’ll probably be interested in watching this video, hosted by the designer of Kevin Durant’s new Nike Zoom KD II shoes. One thing in particular that I found amusing in the detailed description of the shoes, was that Kevin specifically asked for two extra grips in the back of the shoe as a kind of “signature” for him, as he didn’t want to be slipping out of his shoes all the time. As we saw recently though, those grips aren’t really working, are they?
And while we’re on the topic of KD and Nike, here is a Nike feature on Durant’s work-outs over the Summer at the Goodman League (Barry Farms) back in his home city of Washington D.C. He certainly doesn’t seem to let up on the hard play, even in the off-season. Watch out for that body, KD!
