Wilt Chamberlain was a remarkable athlete. I think that goes without saying. However, the thing about Wilt the Stilt coming from a bygone era is that so many of us have not watched him in action.
It’s easy to dismiss his abilities as not worthy of the current era of superstar athletes. Truthfully, many NBA stars of the past would look like pansies in the modern day.
Not so with Wilt. This guy was a phenomenal athlete, the type of which has rarely been seen for a seven-footer.
