In case you missed it, last night saw the much-anticipated “Dunk-In” between DeMar DeRozan and Eric Gordon. Almost every pundit out there has predicted that DeRozan would win this since the pair were announced for the event. And he didn’t disappoint, even if the event itself did. It was a relatively low-key highlight to a relatively low-key start to the All-Star Weekend (which also included the NBA Celebrity Game and the Rookie v Sophomore Challenge). *Spoiler alert* The Rook v Soph game was taken out by the younger of the two squads, as the man who plays on tissue-knees, DeJuan Blair went for a 20-20, whilst Tyreke Evans — his co-MVP — continued in Beast Mode with 26-6-5.
