The National Basketball League has announced that tickets are now on sale for the return of the Top End Challenge pre-season tournament in Darwin. The tourney will run from 28 September until 2 October. All nine NBL teams (including the newly returned Sydney Kings) will take part, as will the Darwin Airport Resort All-Stars.

The tournament opens on 28 September with a blockbuster clash in Alice Springs between reigning NBL Champions and regular visitors to the NT, the Perth Wildcats, and their traditional rivals the Adelaide 36ers.

All other games will be played in Darwin at the Marrara Indoor Stadium, with four matches on Thursday 30 September, four more on Friday 1 October and the Finals being held on Saturday 2 October.
