Recently we took a look at Croatian basketball legend Drazen Petrovic drilling 49 points for his club, Cibona Zagreb against Maccabi Tel Aviv. We also reminisced about the careers of Petrovic and Oscar Schmidt — arguably two of the greatest basketball players to not fulfill their potential in the NBA, for differing reasons.

The popularity of these posts has not been lost on me, so today we’re fortunate enough to have footage of Petrovic dropping 51 points on French club, Limoges, during this 1986 EuroLeague game. This one has a bit of everything, the biff (read: “rough stuff”), sharp-shooting and short shorts. As you watch this, try to keep count of how many times Petro hits the floor during this game, how many points his squad Cibona are behind by before the star drags them back to a big victory and check out the amazing array of shots he hits from all angles.
