Amongst the 2003 NBA Draft class, I would personally have to nominate Chris Bosh as having the most likeable-seeming personality (with the notable exceptions of former Trailblazers Travis Outlaw and Steve Blake of course). He seems to be a natural on camera, with a genuineness which exudes.
Google apparently have asked him to do a viral spot for their Google Nexus One mobile/cell/android phone.
